Almost anyone that is not allergic to chocolate eating. This will not only come in thousands of different dishes, drinks, desserts, and candy, but it is also available almost anywhere you look. Candy stores, supermarkets, petrol stations, shops, schools, all of this to do and where they do not have the cash put into vending machines.
As a general rule, I think, “You should not live without chocolate.” With a surplus of this wonderful sweet, do not you ever wondered why dark chocolate so special? What has that creamy, sweet milk chocolate does not have? They are both very tasty and we all know that dairy foods are good for health. And both contain cocoa butter, which is saturated fat, which we were taught that no-no.
The cocoa tree produces cocoa beans, which is full of natural nutrients. All these beans contain a good amount of antioxidants (called polyphenols) and flavonols. However, it appears that the darker the chocolate, the greater the concentration of these antioxidants, the amount which is equivalent to blueberries and green tea, as well as other berries, oranges, red grapes and soybeans. In fact, as much as 10% of each of cocoa is an antioxidant.
If this is not enough to alleviate his guilt eating chocolate, believe that dark chocolate, it will help keep your arteries free board and flows, thereby lowering blood pressure, and reducing the chances of stroke and heart attack. It can also be effective in preventing blood clots.
